Terms of Service

Reps is an AI-powered conversation practice tool. You describe a situation and the person you need to talk to, have a simulated conversation with an AI playing that role, and receive a performance debrief at the end.

Reps is a practice tool — not a therapist, coach, lawyer, or medical professional. The AI simulates conversations based on context you provide; it does not have knowledge of your specific relationships, workplace, or circumstances beyond what you share in a session.

We don’t guarantee any particular outcome — in practice sessions or in the real conversations you use them to prepare for. Results depend on your effort, the situation, and factors entirely outside our control.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Reps. By creating an account, you confirm this.

You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at hello@maisongr.com.

One account per person. Don’t create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

You may use Reps for personal or professional practice. You may not:

• Attempt to extract, reproduce, or scrape the AI’s system prompts or internal logic
• Use the service to generate content intended to harass, threaten, or harm real people
• Use automated scripts or bots to generate sessions at scale
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of the platform
• Violate any applicable law while using the service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

To provide the service, we process the content you submit — including session context, your messages during a conversation, and the AI-generated debrief. This content is transmitted to Anthropic (our AI provider) to generate responses and debriefs.

We don’t use your session content to train AI models. Your inputs are processed in real time to generate the conversation and debrief, then stored on our servers tied to your account so you can review past sessions.

Free plan. 3 practice sessions at no charge. No credit card required. Free sessions don’t roll over — once used, a paid plan is required to continue.

Pro Monthly. CA$15/month excl. applicable taxes. Unlimited sessions, full debrief access, session history.

Annual. CA$119.99/year excl. applicable taxes. Saves 33% compared to monthly. Same features as Pro Monthly, plus priority support and early feature access.

30-day guarantee. If you subscribe and decide within 30 days that Reps isn’t for you, we’ll refund you in full — no questions asked. Email hello@maisongr.com with the subject “Refund request.” See our Refund Policy for full details.

After 30 days. We don’t issue refunds for unused time on a subscription period. Exceptions apply for billing errors and extended outages caused by us.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the applicable cycle.

Cancellation. You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.

Price changes. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before increasing the price of a plan you’re subscribed to. You can cancel before the new price takes effect at no penalty.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we’ll attempt to retry it. If the issue isn’t resolved within a reasonable grace period, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan until billing is resolved.

By you. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@maisongr.com. Deletion is permanent and will remove your session history.

By us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if we’re required to do so by law. We’ll give notice where reasonably possible, except in cases of serious or repeated violations.

If your account is terminated for a policy violation, you are not entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maison GR and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Reps — including outcomes of real conversations you prepared for using the product.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Reps is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or CA$50, whichever is greater.

Reps is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the service for any particular purpose.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quebec.

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we’ll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of Reps after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you don’t agree with the changes, you can cancel your subscription and stop using the service before they take effect.
