Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Reps. This policy explains when we issue refunds and how to request one.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan and decide within 30 days that Reps isn’t for you, we’ll refund you in full — no questions asked.

This applies to first-time purchases of the Pro Monthly or Annual plan. To request a refund under this guarantee, email us at hello@maisongr.com with the subject line “Refund request” and we’ll process it within 3 business days.

Plans covered

This refund policy applies to the following Reps plans:

  • Pro Monthly — CA$15/month excl. tax
  • Annual — CA$119.99/year excl. tax

The Free plan has no charge and is not eligible for refunds.

After 30 days

After the 30-day window, we don’t issue refunds for unused time on a subscription period. When you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing cycle — monthly or annual — and won’t be charged again after that.

We make exceptions for the following situations:

  • Billing errors — if you were charged incorrectly (wrong amount, duplicate charge), contact us within 14 days and we’ll correct it.
  • Extended outages — if Reps is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to an issue on our end, you may request a prorated credit for the affected period.

Annual plan cancellations

If you cancel an Annual plan within the 30-day window, you’ll receive a full refund. After 30 days, the Annual plan is non-refundable — you’ll retain access until the end of your annual period.

If you’re on the fence about committing to a year, we recommend starting with Pro Monthly and switching to Annual once you’ve confirmed Reps works for you.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

We’ll confirm your refund by email once it’s been initiated on our end.

How to request a refund

Email hello@maisongr.com with:

  • Subject line: “Refund request”
  • The email address on your Reps account
  • The plan you subscribed to and the date of purchase
  • A brief note on what happened (optional, but helpful)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days.
